Hi, I'm Erick. As the team leader for Erick and Company it is my goal to assist you with the your real estate needs. Whether that's a question you have about real estate or the desire to buy or sell. Prior to becoming a Realtor in 1986, I was in New Homes Sales and prior to that I had an extensive corporate sale background.

Family: married to Bill James a Richmond Virginia native and Virginia Tech Alumni. Bill manages the Virginia Commerce Bank in Lake Ridge Virginia. They reside in the Lake Ridge are with their three dogs.
Prior to becoming a Realtor in 1989, she worked as a New Home Sales Manager for NV Homes, and prior to that was a Division Manager for a Fast Food Chain in DC, MD and VA. She has a great deal of management skills, computer skills and has the patience of job. That's why Peggy makes a great Listing Specialist. She really loves what she does. I consider Peggy to be a marketing specialist with a real estate license. When you call our office to sell your home, you will be referred to Peggy for assistance. Peggy is a master at pricing, marketing and helping sellers with every aspect of selling a home. Position: Office Manager of Erick and Company
Family: Married to Erick and we two teenage daughters Page and Erin
Patty's position on the team is to run the office and keep things moving in a forward direction. She is not a Realtor. Patty is a mom, a wife and business partner. Now you know we have to be good, if we can work together day in and day out. How many husband and wives can do that? Helping you and your family find a home will be the easiest part of our day!
Patty works hard to earn the trust of every client and gets satisfaction out helping answer all the questions whether you're are Relocating across country or across town.
